The patience booklet includes four lessons that teach children how to have a good attitude as they wait on the Lord.

1. Expect Him to Work in Unexpected Ways features the story of the long wait and the unexpected visitor.
2. Accept the Things I Cannot Change features the story of Jeremiah’s message to the captives.
3. Use Waiting Time Productively features the story of Jacob working while he waits.
4. Give Others Room to Grow features the story of Barnabas encouraging believers to grow.

Through this study, children are encouraged to look for how God is working and trust His love and wisdom through difficult situations.
