Biblical Character Illustrated Curriculum: Initiative

A closer look:

The Initiative booklet includes four lessons that help children act responsibly before being told to do so.

1. Look for Ways to Help Others features the story of a king equipping his son to build God’s house.
2. Seek His Direction features the story of turmoil at the tower of Babel.
3. Act Promptly features the story of Rebekah swiftly welcoming a visitor in need.
4. Be Part of His Solution to a Problem features the story of Abigail stepping in to help.

Through this study, children are encouraged to act promptly, wisely, and appropriately when they see needs around them.
